Ended up being user error. The connector on the car became disconnected from the connector that it connects to. Once I plugged all three parts inline together it worked just fine.

Not sure why the OBD port onmy Wildtrak has two parts that plug together while the port on my son's Big Bend is just one part.

Using OBDLink EX.

Glad you figured it out.

Got the new version of Forscan today. Have a 2023 Outer Banks.
Did Bambi mode with the fog lights/brights. Toggled the auto start/stop off (yay!), double honk off, and turned on global up for windows in the apim. Lets me select in settings but doesn’t work 😥. Want to do Baja mode next.
I saw a camera split option in the apim settings. Anyone know about that? Is that so you can have the front and rear camera on at the same time?
Edit: 4/19 added Baja and Rock Crawl today 😜

See the spreadsheet for your Global Close woes. You have to enable Global Close in the DDM and PDM as well. I’ve turned mine on, but currently doorless, so no clue if it works or not. 🤣

My 2023 base (2.3, 7 speed) does not have Sport mode on the dial. Eco, Sand, Slippery, & Normal. Looked at the values in Forscan and they are set for Sport mode but it's not on the dial. Any base owners want to share their Forscan values in the ABS module?

Forscan is not letting me add additional goat modes. I've got the latest version of forscan. I can do anything else but just not adding goat modes.

Just an FYI unless it has changed and someone has figured it out but the Disable Auto Start Stop for the 2023 Model does not work via Forscan. If you want to disable it you are left with either of these two choices: I also think you can disconnect something at the battery but I was not interested in that so I didn't look into that option but I believe it is mentioned in the thread.

Auto Stop Eliminator - $100

or

Auto Start Stop Eliminator Amazon - $50

I have the Original $100 and have no issues with it but there are other people with the $50 one and have no issues.

The one from Amazon works flawlessly, and it is a 5 minute install. Forscan definitely does not work for the 2023 models.

I can’t get a write in the PDM module. Errors at 99% might be a 2023 thing?

Mine seems to be working. I’ll keep an eye on it. Also, Ive had customers swap out the AGM battery for standard lead and after two or three times of trying to auto start /stop the function disables itself.

Ah, yeah, mine did the same, I just assumed that it was something on my end, because I was making some other changes in other modules. Guess we will have to wait for Forscan to fix on their end. If I get a chance, I’ll send a message to their support team.

FWIW, I was able to get my PDM programmed today. While working on the Cruise, I had loaded the Bronco in as a new profile, and went into the PDM to attempt programming, and it actually went through. So you might try not loading a saved profile at startup to see if that helps.

I have a 2023 7MT Badlands. I was unable to make the change with FORScan v2.3.52, had to go back to v2.3.51 to make it work to add sport mode to GOAT. Also, I have found that when I load new profile each time vs loading a saved profile, I have better luck with other changes.
