This leak just started today. Haven't been on any trails and only have 350 miles on Bronco. The Bronco has been sitting in garage for a week or so, hasn't moved. It just started leaking out of nowhere.

Dealer service says it may be an "exhaust seep hole". I've never heard of an exhaust seep hole????? Looks like a defect of some kind. Opinions please.

Not a leak, it's a drain for condensation

All systems nominal

Completely normal. Every muffler out there has this. That is condensation and byproduct of combustion. Nothing to worry about.

... unless something other than water comes out of the hole, like gear oil or transmission fluid or blood, then worry 🤣

First time driving in the 40's and rainy. Lot's of condensate in the products-of-combustion.

You can see how the hole is stamped from the inside out. That to let condensation/water out so the muffler don't rust out early.

Hi there. This exhaust leak concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.

Lol. This is normal. The hole in the muffler and the condensation that drips out. Chemistry says you're going to get water when hydrocarbons combust with oxygen present. Ugh.

Seems normal. The condensation gotta go somewhere.

I posted something similar a while back about the holes at the mid pipe welding spot.
People told me they are normal too. Guess it makes sense
