Dealer is a couple weeks out.
My badlands Sasquatch has king shocks and camburg uppers. With 37/12.5/17 baja boss tires.

I believe to be cv grease all over passenger inner tire and components. 4 wheel drive functions all seem to work but 4low seems off and 4a has a hot smell which led me to look at it in the first place. Will post pictures.

Next thought is trying to be ahead of it dealer days I can’t order just a boot for the cv. I have a back ordered cv ordered just in case it’s bad. If dealer won’t warranty I’m thinking I should just order the rvc cv’s.

I do use my bronco for go fast Stuff quite often and hope to get into rocks more.

just wondering everyone’s thoughts and maybe a part number on the boot.
Thanks

I also wonder if some 3M WindoWeld would work - flexible and works great on rubber

I'm not a fan of trying to repair a ripped CV boot. In most cases it's just as easy and less time consuming to replace the complete axle...my guess is this is how the dealer will make the repair. Hard to say if they will do it under warranty.

Time for aftermarket half shafts. The boots are pretty universal measure the shaft and the outer part of the joint and head to Napa or your preferred auto parts store. Best to remove disaaamble clean reassembkenwith new grease. If grease came out more than likely dirt went in.

Without a doubt, go with the aftermarket axles. If you stay stock this will be an ongoing issue.
