Very very well thought out build! Thanks for sharing with us 🙂

Do you have any of the roof sagging issues with the RCI rack? Middle panel looks a little angled which makes me think yes?

Hell, I could live in that. 😉

What brand is the Roof Top Tent?

Any pictures of insides, including the external add on tents?

Nice build, pretty sure I've seen it on the Glenn in the past couple weeks.

So you're not using the upfitter switches at all?

Yea very much so, it sags bad. That middle latch for the mid panel actually contacts the horizontal roll bar on bigger bumps.

Tried to order the JCR Roof reinforcements but their website wouldn't ship to AK and my email went unanswered. Keep forgetting to try them by phone.

Sounds about right, probably caught me on the Glenn headed home from my last trip.

The only thing I have on an upfitter now is the ARB compressor, I moved all my lights over to the Switchpros when I installed that.

Love the way the underhood unit fits in the fender recess. Do you have any hood struts installed? Looks like the plug would contact with my Redline struts.

Nope no struts. I've gotten used to a prop rod after the last 3 Fords.

Even my GT350 has an old school prop rod 😵💫

The Switch Pros is awesome though, love the thing. It all fit so nicely, works great and super customizable.

There are a LOT of wires there when the harnesses are plugged in.

I get it. I run a Feniex 4200 Mini on my Colorado, and it was a ton of wiring. Def not for the faint of heart.

The reason SwitchPros are so expensive, turns this:

Into that clean unit recessed into a fenderwell that you have.

I also like that all the circuits are flashers.

On the Feniex, only circuits 1 and 2 flash, which works for my use in plowing.

Would love to see how the Morimotos stack up against my Diode Dynamics SS3 Pros, light wise. I like the lower profile of the Bangers.

I put SS3 Pros on a couple of our work trucks. They're a nice light too. I kinda feel like the bangers are a bit more light, but I haven't yet been able to actually put both rides side by side and compare simultaneously. One of these days...

I'm pretty sure you could get the PakRax kit from Trailrax and modify the RCI rack (drill holes) to alleviate the sag.

Where did you get the mount for the Switchpros solid state board in the engine bay?
I used an old Tacoma mount for mine.

Also, if you're willing to give up the OEM AUX switches, I used the
SDHQ mount for the control panel to replace the AUX switches altogether. Was never a fan of the wiring on the AUX so I re-did all of that while doing the swap.

Overall, you have an incredible build. After 20 months and 13k miles , I realize I still have a long way to go.

Switchpros sells a Bronco install kit. It comes with the fender bracket, a bracket to mount the switch unit to the drivers grab handle, and an appropriate length comm cable.
