Here's the view from the front and the rear with the sound bar "upside-down" which puts it up high.

Also 382B was his original setting.

You're thinking of line 2 mod that was discussed earlier which did duck all for me.
This 382B is for the first line. Go back a page and look at the screenshot 👍🏻

Go back to my original post and read thru them. I wouldn't touch Line 2.. the stuff i have posted is based on a stock 6 speaker system. Cant validate it would to the same for the BO system. But if your already meessing with Forscan. Look at the link i posted that has all the options for ACM module..

Nice I got the the s40s too! Just the dash for now. Trying to decide if I’m gonna get a forscan adapter. Do have bass blockers for your dash speakers? If you don’t, the dash and kicks are competing to drive bass off the same output. Might be part of the problem.
I havent done any adjusting yet. Waiting for all my stuuf to come in and will do my adjustments from there. For now i just wanted to make something work so i can bump a little. Lol.. (bump may not be the word.. lol).

If you look at the reference:

727-01-01 XX*X
* is for “Front/Rear Satellite Speakers

Changing it from “2” to “0” changes it from:

“Front: Int Amp & Rear: Fixed L/L”

to

“Front: Int Amp & Rear: Int Amp”

It also says “Fixed L/L=aka Smart Amp”

We want a dumb amp to send a regular signal.

727-01-01 XXX* changes AUX1 & AUX2 settings. Not sure it needs to be changed. @Bronconewby is there a reason you changed it?

Okay, so if you have the base sound system, and you've swapped the rear speakers (with or without bass blockers), have no intention of running an external amplifier, and want a full signal, you would only modify 727-01-02 . Thats what I'm going to try later this morning.

Based off the most recent info, seems you should try changing 727-01-01.

Other people have tried line 2 and said it didn’t do much. 🤷🏼‍♂️. It also got rid of the occupancy mode setting for listening location. If you have forscan try both individually and lets us know. We need some beta testing. I still have to order a forscan adapter.

@kput said he changed line 2, and it worked, you're saying change line 1

I'm so confused :)

I have it set that way because im planning to run an amp for my subwoofers at somepoint. Technically it could be set for 0.

I have it set to 2, because im planning to run a seperate amp for subwoofers.. technically you can change it to 0 thru 2.. or whatever works to your liking..

The options are there. Use the link to find the ACM code which suites your needs.. but most of the changes that have worked are on line 1.

Just tested:

727-01-01 - Changed 382B to 380B - rear speakers seem even more hollow to me

Reverted that change.

727-01-02 - Changed 0901 to 0900 - Occupancy mode setting is gone, but I feel like the rear is quite noticeably louder

I am leaving the 727-01-02 setting in place for now. I have no need for adjusting the occupancy mode

Do you know if there are aux output wire running in the 6-speaker harness?
Do you also know the wire colors? Powered/non-powered?

One other thing I did differently from the recommended installation, is I flipped the sound bar upside down, so that it's on top of the mounting bar. It just fits under the roof that way, and does not in any way obscure the driver's vision out the rear window. Yes - I'm sure the sound quality is slightly compromised - but not enough for me to really care or notice.
can you send a picture of how you installed this above to not limit the rear view ?
