Hi all,

Just got the dreaded "Your vehicle is still being built" email stating "We've made great progress on your new Ford vehicle but have unfortunately experienced unexpected delays", and then some note about being diligent "addressing challenges", and how much they appreciate my "understanding and patience". That said, the build was scheduled to start later this week and actually started early last week. One other thing, I received the sticker and the blend date was stated as 12/4/25.

Anyone have a decoder ring as to what this email means? Is this typical? Unexpected?

To be honest, I did have thoughts that I'd be driving the Bronco by year's end...

Thanks,

Mike

Mine was a day 1 reservation, kept getting pushed out to 23.
Went into production July 23, was finally delivered November of 23... 1205 days after reserving.
They show up when they show up.

Seems like most 2025 Bronco's took about 10-14 weeks from date of order to date of delivery, at least early to mid year or so, maybe they sped up a bit later in the year, I stopped paying close attention after I got mine in July from a 4/1 order date.

Like as been said, they show up when they show up, but man, it is really worth the wait, so glad that I ordered mine exactly how I wanted it rather than picking one up off a dealer's lot. I really have not seen very many others like it, color, trim and options

Thanks,

Mike

The blend date is the date it is expected to actually be built on the line, and since 12/4 hasn't passed yet it hasn't actually been built.

What I would think that email means is that they have finally procured all the components needed and staged them, so it SHOULD get built this week.

Mine took 6 months. Ordered 12/24, delivered 6/1. Not sure when you ordered yours, but if you're inside the 6 months period, you're likely doing just fine.

Now, the fact that they mentioned "addressing challenges", makes me think challenges that are not specific to your car, but their process timing in general. It is the holidays, and Ford did just suffer another major fire at their main aluminum supplier factory, and the Bronco has many aluminum parts / panels. So I would have to believe some strain on the supply chain for Ford at the moment too.

But....at the end of the day....it will all be worth it 100%! It'll be "yours", built for just you specifically. There's something mentally cool about that fact.

At least they're not being 'parked' at the Dirt Mountain like mine was (4 months) waiting on something to be resupplied/replaced to finish the build. Or maybe they are?

The main strains are legacy supply chain specifically: disruptions to UA, complex work arounds to recent high tariff counties, overall vendor push back on relentless demands for discounts, slow pay >180 days.......the usual stuff when dealing with American mega customers.

I tried to order two Mustangs from Ford and was overall unpleasant happy I got 23OBX2.7 NOS in velocity blue off the lot at huge discount, a color I love but would have never ordered haha.

Still waiting on my order from September. Heritage REB 2.7, nothing fancy. Hoping for 2025, but expecting January. BTW, mine’s done but delivery is scheduled 4-6 weeks after. Henry Ford is rolling in his grave from the ‘efficiency.’

I dunno, but if you're at work and you hear a guy droning on and on about a guy named "Buellar. Buellar? Anybody seen Buellar??", then... 😱
