I’m experiencing the same issue with my 2021 hardtop. So far I think it’s just during the cold weather. Has anyone identified a fix or gotten help from Ford?

Mine does this as well. Sounds like a bird chirping that is high on cocaine.
Coming from the windshield header above the driver visor. Starts to do it when it's roughly 10F or colder. Worse as it gets colder.

In the same boat, developed a whistle in the cold for a year now. Its really getting on my nerves. Dealer said they "couldnt replicate it" its definitely the hard top panels but im not sure what else I can do to fix it.

Same whistling sound experience here (stock Wildtrak no rack), and like most, it only seems to be an issue above a certain speed and when it's very cold and with a crosswind. This is my first winter with the Bronco and it startled me the first time but now I can pretty much predict when it will start whistling. Seems common enough that it could be a fundamental design or assembly issue. Annoying as hell when it's whistling and sucks for those who drive a lot in the winter........

Posting back here to say this whistling issue has finally been resolved! We had a super windy week in Colorado, dealer was able to hear the whistling noise, without the bronco even driving. They used tape on various parts of the bronco and found it stopped when they taped right above the driver side door. They replaced the seal under warranty and no more whistling! I picked it up on a windy day and drove 65mph back home (the real test to see if it was fixed), no whistling, just the typical wind noise which I am fine with.
I didn't grab pictures, but let me know if anyone wants to see any. I can try to take the top off and picture the new seal. TBH i am not sure which seal it was exactly, but Im sure I could look at it overall and see which one is the new one as it won't have dirt/dust on it yet.

Glad someone was finally able to get it fixed! What dealer did you go to? I'm also in Colorado and would love to get this fixed.

Hello, everybody. Thanks for all your validating posts about whistling noises while in the cold. I have the same problem (2023 4 door Badlands hard top). If you push the air circulation button the whistling will die down quite a bit. I've had my windows readjusted 2-3 times by the dealer, without any relief. I've not considered the hard top seals to be the issue. Any others resolve their whistling noise issues?
I have a 2024 Big Bend. Located in Michigan. Hardtop started whistling last month. Dealership replaced seal. Still whistling.
