  1. We love Broncos but… what’s the most annoying “small issue” with your Bronco?

Most annoying? Hard top seal whistling when driving in cold temperatures.
  2. Torque steer after ProCal Tuner and Exhaust mod

Interesting. I hadn't thought of checking the rear track bar. I have the ReadyLIFT 3.5" SST lift kit with the Falcon 3.3 coilover and control arm upgrades. The kit includes an adjustable rear track bar. I'll explore this further. Appreciate the consideration.
  3. Torque steer after ProCal Tuner and Exhaust mod

Hey everybody, I have a '23 Badlands Sasquatch 2.7 L automatic with interesting torque steer issues. I owned the Bronco for nearly two years before any mods, and I live in Idaho, so I've driven the vehicle through two snowy/cold seasons. Last year I did full coilover suspension upgrades which...
  4. Window / Hardtop Whistle in Cold Weather

Hello, everybody. Thanks for all your validating posts about whistling noises while in the cold. I have the same problem (2023 4 door Badlands hard top). If you push the air circulation button the whistling will die down quite a bit. I've had my windows readjusted 2-3 times by the dealer...
  5. MPG numbers after Ford Performance Tune on 2.7 Black Diamond

I have a 4 door Badlands Sas with the 2.7. Did the Ford Performance Tune but put on new coilovers and 37" tires and new beadlock wheels/rims. On my end I haven't seen any mileage gain, but then I didn't really expect to see any. I'm even slower than before the tune, suspension update, and wheels.
  6. Test Drove a Badlands and Raptor Today :-(

I agree with this. I have a '23 Badlands Sasquatch 2.7 with all new coilover suspension and 37" tires on beadlock rims plus the Ford Performance Tune. I have no need to drag race this thing. It's slow and only got slower with the big tires, tune notwithstanding (although I appreciate the...
  7. MOAB 2.0

Great looking Bronco! Mine is same as yours, but a 4 door. What did you do to enhance yours? I did new coilovers and control arms, upgraded the tie rod, and went with MT 37" tires on beadlock rims. I also did the ProCal tune (better shifting, subtle power upgrade). After Moab, I noticed I...
  8. MOAB 2.0

Wow, you guys busted through that. I did the Trifecta for the first time in March, 2025 and it took us quite a bit longer (5 vehicles, 3 Jeeps, 2 Broncos). We took our time, but still. Very cool.
  9. Fred the Bronco Build

Cause handling and mileage are so great at baseline. What I see is thoughtfully added utility.
  10. Bronco Badlands vs Wrangler Rubicon vs 4runner Trailhunter. Guess who wins?

The video reported the power output of the Bronco 2.7L incorrectly. The listed HP/Torque was that of the 2.3L.
  11. Admit it, your rig is a "mall crawler"...

I want to go to there.
  12. 37" Tires on a 17x9 -12 offset (4.57" backspacing) Any Rubbing?

I have a '23 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch. Had the Ready Lift 3.5" Falcon 3.3 adjustable coilover kit installed with KMC Riot Beadlock 17x9" with a -12mm offset and 37" MT Baja Boss MT tires. I had much thicker tie rods installed as well. Just got back yesterday from Moab. Ran Hell's Revenge...
  13. Aftermarket Fog Light Suggestions?

I went with this kit from Zroadz. I have their 4 door hard top roof rack, so I went with the round light bar on top which integrates nicely with the rack, then I did single round ditch lights on the side mirrors, and the fog lights. Here's the link to the fog lights. Not the cheapest kit, but...
