I feel like they should make warnings about this type of thing more prominent so we know as owners.

I learned this years ago (like 30? haha) on my first Jeep. In cold weather, basically do not even look at that plastic the wrong way. I wish someone had told me ahead of time.

The flip-up rear is the dumbest soft top rear access solution I've ever seen. Of course those windows will crack eventually. Ford should have done it exactly like Jeep has been doing forever, with a separate panel out back that flips up independently from the side windows.

That's intern-level design stupidity that shouldn't have made production. This isn't hard. Ford probably thought it was edgy somehow.

I'm not a fan of the soft top, but my biggest complaint about it (other than the water coming in every time I roll down the windows lol) is the plastic windows, I managed one winter without scratching the rear one, now it's useless for seeing through.
