I had no idea that place existed…looks like where 4 wheel parts was. I try to avoid that area as much as possible because of all the road work.
My buddy installed a trailhead on his Bronco…said it was pretty straightforward. If you need some room to work on your vehicle just let me know…I’ve...
Good question - What kind of roof rack are you going with? Since 4 Wheel Parts closed I’m not sure what other outfitters are around. I installed all my own gear on mine…most aren’t too complicated.
Sorry - I do not have the dimensions available. I’ve actually upgraded to some custom drawers/slides so I no longer have the Tuffy drawer. I believe I just covered the whole top of the Tuffy drawer with the plywood. The slide itself hung over the front as much as possible so I could make sure...
Hey there - yes you can though I have never actually done it since I installed the rack. I have too much gear installed in the trunk and usually on the rack itself. What you have to do is loosen some stabilizer screws towards the back (easy to do) then you flip the rack backwards. It sits on...
Topic: Windshield replacement with a GOBI Rack installed - anyone have any experience with this? I had scheduled a SafeLite tech to come out today to replace my windshield due to a sizeable crack. The cost was around $900 with the recalibration that is required for all the safety sensors and...
No rattling that I recall…it’s a very sturdy drawer and a solid fridge slide. All hardware is available with it. It is fairly heavy…but that’s what makes it sturdy. Easy install other than the weight. I could help you install if you decide to buy - doesn’t take long at all. Let me know when...
I recently upgraded my cargo storage system and am looking to sell my modified Ford 4DR Cargo Area Security Drawer ($789 new). I added a covered plywood platform to the top and attached a dometic fridge slide ($349 new). The slide is large and will fit put to the CFX 65 size dometic fridges but...
Got my side molle panels from Gobi installed - pretty easy install once you get the pieces put in under the roof. It ended up sitting a little close to the roof rack bar that I thought it would…might have a little rubbing there but shouldn’t be bad.
I’m experiencing the same issue with my 2021 hardtop. So far I think it’s just during the cold weather. Has anyone identified a fix or gotten help from Ford?
Exterior molle panels are now listed for sale on Gobi’s site. The description is a little confusing as there are options for hard top, soft top, and no rack.
I found out that GOBI will make those specialty awning brackets for anyone that asks - they aren’t listed on the website yet, but they are available. They are referred to as the Bush Company 270 degree awning brackets. Just email the sales team to ask for them.
Did you happen to get that wind deflector yet? If so, how’S it working out? I see that it’s available for sale on their website now.
Also - What hardware/brackets did you use to attach your awning to the gobi rack. I’m looking to move my awning over from my trailer and am looking into available...
Just installed my Gobi rack over the weekend…so far so good - love it! I was a little surprised to see how much the rear isolator plates bump up the hard top in the back…anyone else surprised by that? It didn’t bother me at all u til I saw a post on this site about someone’s hard top cracking by...
I’ve had a woolly bear for a year now….been loving it so far. Got about 10,000 miles on it between local trips and trips out to Colorado, Utah, and Montana. What kind of questions you got?
The only options I added to my order where a couple extra risers. I ordered the James Baroud RTT and awnings from an outfitter company out of Denver. It took a little extra hardware and spacers to get everything to attach the way it needed to but nothing too crazy. Let me know if you want me to...
Just wanted to say thanks to @flip and his awesome staff (Dennis and everyone else I wasn’t able to meet personally) at Ruxer Ford for getting my Bronco back on the road. I got rear ended back in mid-May. All the shops near me were booked up for weeks but they were able to get me in right away...
