Hi guys- My cousin dropped an iron frying pan on my door sill and scratched it pretty good. Will this rust if left as is? I didn’t know if this part of the bronco was aluminum or not.

If it will rust, does anyone recommend touch up paint? If so, what kind?

Thanks!

Undecided
After touching it up you may want to apply PPF. Check out Underground Graffix for precut PPF for the sills. Works and looks great (invisible).

Just put a few coats of touch up paint on the scratch ideally as soon as you can.

What’s the story with the frying pan though, that was my first thought!

Frying pan mishap. And I thought the Bronco was just a capable off-road vehicle. Maybe handy in the Kitchen as well?

I took my truck camping and I told my cousin to be very carful taking things out and what did he do as I was telling him that? Dropped a freaking cast iron pan smack on the door sill. Unreal 🤯
