I just use my 4 tire inflation hose. Clip it on each valve stem then open up the valve and let the air out until I'm at my desired pressure. I didn't really see the need to have separate deflators.

Air Chuck x 4 on the valve stems. Take your time putting on each tire, plenty of time to take them off while watching the tpms on the big dash screen in 4L.

cheaper option, no need to “dial in”.

Yeah, I could see that. The only problem with the Staun's is that they are touchy if the barrel turns at all (so the markings on the Oversand looks a little optimistic), so it's hard to get set right (I even went and got a digital caliper) and screwing them on it can be easy to accidentally turn the barrel. The quick releases work good, though, for that. I may have been trying to be too precise, but they'd always be like 15/15/15/18 or 15/15/15/12 day of. So I just said screw it. I still use them, I just look at the dash.
Are you using the locking ring on your Staun? They have a locking ring that prevents them from turning.

I tried a couple sets of the screw on deflators. I find pressure setting on those to be very inaccurate and seems like it takes forever to air down. I recently switched to the JACO Lightning RX4 Tire Deflator Rapid Off Road Air Down Tool. I've used it a lot this year and really like it. It's quick and easy and works as expected.

I bought these Over-Sand deflators.

Ive only used them once so far, but they were easy to adjust and seem accurate, or at least consistent with my Thore inflator readout.
I also got these, and used them a couple times, (set at 20psi) and each time after use my in-vehicle monitor says 19, so its consistent and good enough for me

You leave them in but it is important to alternate the insertion location for each outing to keep the tire in balance. Good reason to buy those nails in bulk so they are all the same mass!

That's why I always pop the extra $$ for *reversible* tires. All summer long you put the nails from the outside in then, come winter, remount the tire inside-out and you've got yourself genuine Better-than-Blizzaks! Running over the feet of pedestrians that edge a little too close trying to cheat the WALK/DON'T WALK sign is just a bonus.
