29 days! Sounds like maybe a regret purchase - $$ or they didn't like the truck? If the history report is clean, I can't imagine they returned it that quickly because of issues with the truck itself.
To be fair.. .that's about how long I owned my Bronco Sport.
In my case it was because the Bronco became available unexpectedly. I definitely lost money on that trade :D
But I doubt that happened here... maybe.

Keep your GC, after all, ventilated seats are key for you and you would never be happy with a Bronco due to this.

That’s a lot for a ~3 year old. Order or find a newer one for about the same price. I just test drive an 11 month old 2 door badlands with 6k miles, auto, non sas. They were asking $51, could probably get for $49. They’re out there. Newer with less worry and less miles. Fly, buy, and drive home. Best vacation ever.

I try to avoid version 1.0 of anything.
Let someone else work out the bugs.

Yeah, I would not look at a '21. I took a chance on a used '22 with 10k on it (MIC 2.0) and it has been great. Shop around. Consider a new '24, but I am sure you can find some used '22 or '23 with low mileage and a discount.

4 door yes , 2.3 only with a manual because u have to , just not that manual trans , 2021 , no way , for a bit more get a 4 door 23 or newer with that 2.7 twin turbo, you’ll have no regrets 👍😃

Ditto the above but wait for the refresh while enjoying the GC and stalking this forum.

Test drive it and really check it out for everything. Listen for strange noises. Check under the hood and go underneath and check for leaks. Then make a decision.

Don't know if anyone asked yet (as I haven't read entire thread). But I'm curious. How was it Ford's and dealer's fault that you traded in your 1st Bronco?

1. 2 door to small. Should've bought a 4 door then.
2. Didn't like driving stick in stop & go traffic. Buy an automatic.

That's like blaming the sun because it's too bright outside.

Maybe owning a Bronco just isn't for you. 🤷‍♂️ I vote for stick with your Jeep.

That 21 sounds a lot like my build. I will say you will get everything you need from the 21, and now you're free to upgrade your suspension/tires to what you want to do. I have had zero issues with my Bronco. I have the camera recall.

You can wheel and deal for a better price, do not let them get you thinking you have to get it at that price. As others have said, you can get a 22,23, or 24 now. The only true original feature of that 21 is the colour.

Work a deal, take a look, and go for what is best for you.

CO was one of the things I loved about mine....
I'd look at the other 2 options you posted about (23 and 24), yeah you wouldn't have some of the bells and whistles of the 21 Badlands you are looking at, but you might not have some of the issues that creep up with the 1.0 Bronco. You could always wrap the 23 or 24 to get Cyber Orange (or something close). Just a thought. Like others have said there is the katzkin option for vented seats too.

Good luck figuring it out.
