I’m looking to buy some new wheels and tires, but I would like to put wheels that have an offset, so my wheels bump out decently, doesn’t have to be crazy, I’m not going off roading, I just want it for aesthetics. I’m looking to go with a 35” tire height, I already have a 3” leveling kit on it .

0 offset. Maybe pick up a set of sasquatch flares and some light weight 35s. Light wheels as well like RTR or Method.

with the standard flares +30 offset on a 9 inch wide wheel looks good. any less starts to look silly and negative offset looks retarded

Do you plan to switch to Sasquatch flares which are wider? If you stick with your stock flares then a 17x9 wheel with +10 to 0 offset will poke out a little. If you go with the Sas flares then a 17x9 wheel with +6 to -6 offset will give some poke.

Here is my base Sas with 37x12.5x17 tires on 17x9 -6 offset wheels for reference.

I think the -6 offset would stick out too much with the stock flares.

+12mm w/ 12.50 wide tires will put you just a hair beyond the standard flares.

I have the Sas wheels, which are ~+30mm, and when I went with a wider/truer 35/12.50" tire, I get maybe a quarter inch of poke from the fatter tire. Personally, I would say something like +12-18mm for you with a wider tire (wider because it's almost a 13.50, mine are I think 13.2; they're Maxxis Razr M/T's). There aren't a lot of rims with that offset; I know RTR sells some.
