This has been super helpful. I am going with +25 offset as I don't want any "poke". If necessary I can always get the Sasquatch fenders.

I have Nomad Arvo's in 0 offset with 285/75 tires. There is just enough poke for my liking but you could always add the SAS flares if you want the tires to be more flush with the flares. Its all personal preference. The Convoys are pretty nice though...

Yeah, it looks like you got the offsets backwards, they show +25, 0 and -10. If you want them tucked in like stock Sas you need the +25. You might need the Sas flares even with those. The 0 offset will give you some poke with the Sas flares and the -10 is around 3/8" more poke than the 0.

Here is 17x8.5 with -10 offset with Sas flares.

Here is 17x9 with 0 offset with Sas flares so 8.5 would be tucked in a little bit more (1/4" more tucked in).

Those are very nice "show me" pictures to understand offset differences!

I'm planning to upgrade the suspension, wheels, and tires on my 2025 Big Bend and I am curious about how I can figure out which offset I need.

I'm currently thinking to upgrade to the Bilstein B8 6112 (part numbers 47-313996 for front and 47-314009 for rear). I'm thinking to use the Nomad 501SB wheel:

https://www.nomadwheels.com/products/501-convoy-satin-black?variant=42205866590389

I think our Bronco's need the lug pattern 6x139.7 and then I am seeing they come in different offsets of -25, 0, and +10. I understand from prior reading that a positive offset means the wheel is tucked in more than factory and the negative offset means the wheel "pokes" out more than factory. I'm not looking for much if any "poke" and I prefer that my fenders cover the tire. I'd be willing to order the "sasquatch" fenders if necessary.
There are stress issues and ride consequences to negative offset, and other modifications as well. With a non-sasquatch drivetrain, your components are all "weaker". With a wider track, you add stress in certain terrains (rocks) and so there are lots of interconnected variables. It's good you're doing a coilover lift. But at some point, new UCA'S are preferred, and longer links, etc. A lot of research, as you are doing, is a good idea.

If you haven’t decided or made the change yet the best video explanation I have found is this one.

So quick question if I roll with a 1 offset and 325Ă—60rĂ—20 I should have roughly the same poke, because that is what I'm looking for

For those interested. Plots of scrub radius for various tire diameter and wheel offsets. Shown for Bronco king pin axis.

That is really fascinating, and I wish I knew what it means. I do see that 35" SAS tires sit comfortably at the Centerpoint of the data curve, and 55 offset (32" and 33" tires) right before that. Would you care to elucidate how to use the data?

elucidation: plots of scrub radius for various popular wheel offsets and tire sizes.

scrub radius is a common metric used to evaluate the stress on steering rack due to various tire/wheel offset combinations.

.. I have the same size tires but curious about your flares. Are they Sasquatch or Outer Banks width? Deliberating between +25 or 0 offset Ikon Hulse wheels. Quick calculation, with +25 I should have 1” poke and close to 2” poke with 0 offset with OEM Outer Banks, flares. From the pictures it looks like you have 2” poke with the 0 offset.
