What are these plastic tabs?

This is my wife’s black diamond four door. My two door didn’t have these. What are these little plastic tabs on the window. Are they supposed to have come off? Nevermind my ugly mug

They should come off. Not sure how to remove them though. Mine were already removed when I took delivery

Spacers for when the glass was installed, should have been removed at the factory. Wonder if the glass was replaced by the dealer?
Ones I have seen in the past simply turn them 90deg and they should come out.

I don’t think the dealer replaced glass. It’s on both sides. I figured it was just something they forgot to take off.

They're supposed to be removed by the dealer during the PDI. You can just pull them out and throw them in the garbage.

It's probably defective. I'll trade you my non-defective MIC top for your gloss black top and it should resolve your issue

I think you ment zip ties on the driveline. The long end hits part of the truck as it spins.

That's not just a Super Duty thing, it's a Ford thing.
Look at most Ford vehicles and you'll find rubber bands in multiple spots. I think they're used to hold harnesses together before they're assembled on the vehicle. Pretty common.

I had to pull mine off recently. Hard to tell from your photo but does your black hard top on the rear driver side not sit even the whole length of rear panel? Mine is currently at the dealership for a plethora of things (panel adjustements, tires with flat spots, door sill dent, hard top fitment) and when inquired about it they told me some fit that way and showed me a few that were similar. I was thinking the rear panel needed adjustment.

Those should have been removed during delivery. I had the same issue. Hold the glass with your palm, then use pliers to wiggle them out.

Exactly. They are their for reducing shock/vibration during transport. They are meant to be removed.
