Just got my Badlands. Very excited to start a "utility / versatility build" that will allow me to configure the vehicle for the purpose of the event / trip.

My idea is inspired by the go bags I have for things like when I want to fly my drone, or when I need to go work on a network, or when we're are going out on the boat.

I think it would even be cool to have entire modular shelf / storage system where I can just back into the garage use a type of rack on wheels to remove the load out and then install the new load out.

I've searched the forums and have ideas but would love to get replies with pictures and specific products all in one place.

It seems this is a little late, and I'm guessing you have had time to work on "projects" over the last 5 years! So, I'll let you know what I did today to make my 24 BL Sas more versatile and travel effective.

I installed the rack a few weeks ago and now I set it up to utilize the MTM and other cases for luggage or gear. We travel with two children usually 6 to 12 hours one way. This will allow the fridge cooler in the back and free up cabin space from our packs and such.

More fun to eat 10 cheese burgers with fries and super sized coke to pack on pounds fast and a lot cheaper.

Get a small utility trailer? Not as sexy bit don't have to pack the extra 500-1000 lb around all the time.

How the heck do you back out of your garage with the cargo on top? Or are the photos only prop photos for B6G?

I've got 2 inch clearance with the roof rack, and I just put those on to set up all the brackets and to take the pics. Its COLD outside and had to do it in the small space of the house garage. My 86 Bronco is house in the shop, and it has no heat....so......
