Disco all speaker wires at amp. Connect one at time or use ohm meter. You will find offending line or amp is just bad. Possible. Or just use a test speaker at each amp output.

I'd say the old adage of "Garbage In Garbage Out" may apply here -- make sure you are getting good inputs from the head unit in the first place, one channel/speaker at a time, isolating one component at a time as you can, and just work your way through it.

Since your shop has already replaced darn near everything they have installed, and even thrown a new battery at it - it looks like they are just throwing parts at it without actually taking the time to troubleshoot it. And while it's not common, it also wouldn't be unheard of for the Bronco to have some crap coming out of the stereo that's just getting pushed on through the rest of the system.

The head unit in the Bronco has to sense resistance in the speaker wires. If it doesn’t, the output will decrease rapidly until it gets to zero. You’ll think you fried your system- at least I did. Having a quality LOC is critical; they aren’t all the same. Contact Audio Control if you think this could be the issue- they helped me a ton.

Is it my imagination or has the GOAT dial been relocated forward on the console?

More pics of what that’s all about please

It has not been moved, this is where the GOAT mode selector is located in the 2 door with manual transmission.

I had all kicker speakers and 500 watt amp and 6 1/2 rear speaker pods and a 12 inch kicker box and all works perfect and sound awesome

I had a similar issue in a previous GM vehicle and we ended up having to change out the Axxess interface then used a zen A2B interface and had same issues, and last used a audiotech fischer Helix DSP. its pricey but fixed all the issues I had. I was running 3 amplifiers, 3 JL 10w6, Focal 3 way front stage, Focal 3 way rear doors.

I also had problems with Axxess DSP, emitted a strange rumble from my sub. Replaced with Metra PAC. Problem gone!

I had similar noise problems until I switched to a high-quality solderless rca cable system. It made a noticeable difference by cutting out the interference I was getting from my amp and HU. The install was way easier too since I didn't have to mess with soldering or splicing anything behind the dash. Might be worth checking if that's part of your issue.
