I finally got the first one done after another 15 minutes so I'll soldier on.

Assembly was going too smoothly until I went to tighten the top nuts. Stripped out the knurls holding the studs in, then trashed the threads trying to hold the stud and get the nut off.

Next time drill a 1/8 hole in the nut and use a center punch to split the nut.

I wanted to save the nuts because I have a spare top hat but no spare nuts. So right now tack welded the studs in and waiting for paint to dry.

The nuts didn't want to go back on anyway so I ended up using the ones that came with the spacer kit (which I only used the rear spacers).

I didn't take fender to ground measurements before tearing it apart, anyone else want to share theirs?

Fender to ground measurents are useless to determine amount of lift. Fender to center axle measurements compare lifts and take tire/wheel/psi variables out of the equation. With the Icons I’m at 26 inches front, 27 inches rear.

And it should be metal fender and not flare as people have different flares or flare deletes.

Brain fart, you're right. I'm at 25" in the rear with the spacers and stock coilovers. Front is only half done so I can't measure yet.

This is full droop, but it looks like I'll have no tire to UCA/knuckle clearance issues with the so called 37x14.5s.

Level Up tie rod nuts, Icon tubular UCA, and EXP with V6 coils at the tallest setting.
