Thanks for sharing these! And I agree with all of them, I just get irritated *most* when Ford boxes me into doing things one way, their way and it’s the only way. So, those three are at the top of my list. It will be something else in another week, I’m just a grumpy old - hang on a sec - “You kids stay off my lawn!” - man.
I don't get why a F150, a Fiesta and a Mustang, or even my sisters 1st/2nd gen Escapes can have multiple colors, but we're stuck with ice blue under the foot wells. I get the doors, but what about the cup holders?

Also, had I know, I'd request cloth seats, despite it not being an option, and while it's nice to stop in every state on my annual trip to FL, just wish I could have a little extra range, as I don't need to

My top 3.

1). Honks at me when I leave it running and get out and close the door. Especially annoying at a gas station. (yes I leave it running, bite me Karen lol)

2). Honks at me when I leave it running and don’t fully close the door (so it won’t honk) and go to the other side and open and close that door. HONK HONK

3). See 1 and 2 above.

For A/C, I've found that cranking it on high (well, setting the temp to 'Lo') and keeping the windows up provides the most cooling to the cargo area. There is an exit vent in the middle of the tail gate that will allow for the most airflow through the whole cabin. Even cracking a window open stops the cool air from getting back there. I've been surprised at how cool stuff back there is when unloading. My hairy lab pants like mad back there, but she pants like crazy anytime she's excited - even riding back there in the winter.

I also have a gearshade installed - I put a sleeping bag/blanket thing I've had for years between that and the soft top in the blast furnace months to help keep the heat from soaking through the soft top. Works very well when it's cool out (105 or less), and decent for those hot (108), hotter (112), and Hell (116) days.

That being said, I avoid taking the hounds on anything but a quick trip in the heat of the day when it's really hot out. The Bronco A/C absolutely rocks second only to the produce walk in cooler at Costco!

My only real gripe is lack rear AC in a non entry level vehicle. Cheap windshield. Crappier plastic and scary cheap side view mirrors. I didn’t want all the lane keep and camera packages, lux crap because I have little faith in long term reliability and the cost is so high to fix all the extras. I’m not one that could leave it broken. So simpler the better.

I've had my Bronco for 3 years and have never once seen the hands on the steering wheel warning. Also, I hit my damn knee on the headlight knob almost everytime. I'm a smaller female and have to sit close to the dash to be able to put enough weight on the clutch to engage it. I hate that button. My doodle refuses to ride anywhere but the passenger seat, sitting like a human. So no help there either.
You must have shaky hands...

Great philosophy about leaving the pups behind unless necessary. I’m going to spend some time back there today and observe what they’re dealing with, if anything.

Cool idea for the cold insulation - I usually carry HFT moving blankets during winter driving anyway.

Second load up tomorrow and I’ll let you guys know if they’re reluctant. That will be telling.

1) The left rear raptor flare
2) The right rear raptor flare
3) The cursed double honk

knee / light switch interaction would be the next on my list

1. crappy audio
2. WAY too many warnings.... I've taken to telling people it's the "warning mobile"
3. the phone charger never did work.

I’ve read through the forums on these and they seem to keep getting buried, but has anyone solved:

1. Permanently shutting off the “Hands on Steering Wheel” driving distraction? 😑

2. A solution for the “knee hitting the headlight switch” issue? Probably an “is what it is”, but thought I’d check. 😉

3. Better ventilation in the cargo area for my fur babies. I have the underseat vent mods and a seat-mounted USB fan from Amazon, but there is literally zero airflow back there! 🐕
Haven't been on the forum for a while.... what is " hands on steering wheel"? I have a '22 and have never come across this (thank the gods).... something on a newer version? Yes.. too many warnings... other than the double-honk, my fave is.." vehicle is running"

You’ll have to read in the forum for specifics and see the post @Darth_JoPa made in here. Ford has some screwy logic where, if some current driving inputs go static (such as steering wheel motion, rpm and torque from what I’ve read), the only conclusion is, the driver must have taken their hands off the steering wheel. I guess this logic got put in due to the lack of straight roads with speed limits. 🤓

So, you get an audio interrupt that sounds like Frogger and 2/3 of your display is taken up with that message.

Keep in mind guys, that incredibly accurate data is being sold to your insurance carriers along with the other warnings based on malformed logic. 👍

On #1, I thought the Raptasaurus editions came with B&O sound systems…?
