1. CarPlay drops audio during call, i fix this by grabbing my phone and switching to speaker phone then back to carplay.

2. Window rattle when windows are 1/2 down

3.Other bronco owners not waving back when i wave
I don't wave, but I am the queen of minding my own business, so I would never know if you waved in the first place.

1. At 1k miles, our OBX SAS lux has an increasing driveline vibration and tires that may have well been square they are so far out of balance
2. Trying to get used to the seats. I’m 6’2 and even with leather, I didnt expect them to be as stiff as they are. still trying to find the best seat position.
3. That we didn’t buy a Bronco sooner

The vibration and tire shaking will be a dealer trip. Confident I’ll get resolution. But it makes me not want to drive it on a trip at highway speeds. gotta get that fixed asap.

7MT driver here. My single biggest annoyance is the ridiculous unreadable Tachometer display in the dash cluster.

Hey Ford, its SOFTWARE for crying out loud.

You probably have summer interns who could bust out a good radial Tach display during their lunch hour if you gave them access.

I know there are only, what?, 10% or so 7MT Broncos, but have a heart.
Hey us automatic transmission guys would like an easily readable tach also. I manually shifted to use the engine to brake a whole lot coming down those mountain passes in Colorado recently.

What is this "hands on wheel" error message? I have a '21 FE. Maybe they didn't have it then? Either way I'm thankful because that sounds really annoying.

The dude who created the double honk wouldn't want to meet me in a dark alley.

I’ve read through the forums on these and they seem to keep getting buried, but has anyone solved:

1. Permanently shutting off the “Hands on Steering Wheel” driving distraction? 😑

2. A solution for the “knee hitting the headlight switch” issue? Probably an “is what it is”, but thought I’d check. 😉

3. Better ventilation in the cargo area for my fur babies. I have the underseat vent mods and a seat-mounted USB fan from Amazon, but there is literally zero airflow back there! 🐕
What is #1? Do you have to have the LUX package to get it? I drive hands free a lot when I am eating :) I steer with my knees...

Avoiding #2 was just having to get into the car differently. Dumb place for the switch but I don't hit it anymore

#3 is just a bad design for the rear seat passengers and they probably never even considered something living to be in the back cargo area

I don’t know the answer to #1 being only on Lux/Hi package but yes, ours has that.

On #2, I’m glad that you’re willing to change how you enter and exit the vehicle bc Ford requires you to, but it remains an annoyance to me (see #1 😉).

Agree on #3 being a bad design, just like #2 and… #1. Admittedly, I’m a Toyota fanboy (Bronco is wife’s car), and they don’t do a good job at this either. I hate to say it, but Dodge/Chrysler/RAM does a magnificent job at rear ventilation, but that’s probably bc you spend more time on the side of the road than you do driving.

This last sentence wins Internet for the day, IMHO.

I have the HIGH package (2022 BL) and have never seen that msg.

As for #2, you’ll just have to figure it out for yourself.

#3 is 🔥🔥🔥

Total tangent here, but I’ve always been curious about wear and tear from engine braking versus the alternative. Any empirical info out there, esp. for engines with turbos?

#1 does sound like a real issue, brother.

#2 plagues us tall guys bc we don’t fit the template US Citizen ergonomics. On my Tundra, I had to get seat jackers from DesertDoesIt to make those park benches work. They angled the seats just enough so my hamstrings got supported on trips 1+ hours long. I haven’t road tripped the Bronco enough to see if this problem also exists.

#3 100% agree. My wife has wanted one ever since they came out. “Happy wife…”

2 and 3 are legit for sure. I'd say my biggest real annoyance with the 2 dr is lack of storage and passengers have a hard time getting In the back seat (course the back seat is not a my problem issue).

Okay new annoyance.
I have the wash out floors. If you actually wash out the back 😮 the jack storage catches a lot of water. There is a removable drain plug, but still leaves a lot of water in there that you have to attempt to wipe out, and it will not dry out unless you prop the lid open for days. And yes anything that’s stored in there that’s steel will rust…. Including my new Matco electric ratchet 😐

Do you and your passengers not wear seatbelts? I’ve never seen this warning.
