Yes, that’s where water drains out that makes it into the gasket channel.

I have never had roof panels off but the rig was put into service 3 months before I bought it and had close to 3000 miles on it. Sold as new with full warranty.
Pictures make it look more consistent and less like damage than in person.
Just want opnions as to whether to add it to warranty check list with self unlatching passenger roof panel handle and left passenger door window who's short drop function doesn't and defies all my efforts to reset by method in manual or many and varied youtube methods.
edit: the 37th time was the charm and window short drop is reset and functioning normally.

I've tried resetting my rear left door window approximately 1,000,000 times in hopes it works someday, but no dice. Even paid for the dealer to reset it once. Lasted a couple months, then stopped wanting to close fully without aborting itself again, and back to the usual improper function. Very frustrating. Thanks @Ford

Maybe I should just try it 37 more times, just in case.

This looks a lot like mine did at one point. I was afraid to take my panels off, thinking the dealer would claim I did this to them.
It took three trips to the dealer (under warranty) to get this corrected.

BTW: I called my selling dealer's service department to check the latest 2 recalls. They said I could bring it and then, after a day or 2 there they'd order the parts to fix the seat belt fastener issue a me d the engine compartment wiring harness fire risk. No worries though I won't have to leave it there until parts come in. Just bring it back for a day or 2 then and we'll be happy to take care of that for you. Unbelievable.

Just for grins I asked about the recall and replacement for the early year 21-25? MIC tops rumor that's been going around on this forum. The service department manager, said, well if Ford 's gonna do it we will -- then. Otherwise he has no idea and has never heard anything about that coming down the line for anybody.

It not normal. I have a couple gaps that are small but yours looks extreme. I would take to dealer for a look. Hope they can assist.

I would say your best bet is to drive it to a dealership, park next to a Bronco of the same number of doors, and look for yourself. If it looks out of whack, take it for service.

So simple and logical that I missed that solution.
They are less than a mile away.
