Is this AC condensation dripping on my frame normal?

See pic of my drivers side wheel well - my FD says this is normal AC condensation. Is that right? They designed it to drip on the frame?

Well I think it actually drips straight down on top of Tranny then just runs off most accessible route. When I first saw it on mine I didn’t think it was the best design either. However, I don’t think the AC condensation ever runs down my frame like your pic.
