Tailgate Compartment Operable Door?

I saw these offered but now can’t find it, where can I find the aftermarket (molle?) door kits to make the small tailgate compartment semi useable for small item storage?

I have the second one, the light is pretty good, the lock isn't too secure, but nice storage door option.

I have the RPM one with the medical kit attached, I've seen others with the Fire Extinguisher kit and flashlight as well. But the Molle panel gives you som flexibility, unless you were hoping to use the inner portion for storage.

What if you use that RPM molle panel but replaced the bolts on the left with 1/2 turn style quick release - then mount a small molle bag on the inside?
