I was able to find a discount code for the box and another for a Corsa exhaust. They are my father's days presents from my kids, of course they don't know about it (college fund raided 😁), I hope they are smart enough for a scholarship or dumb enough for full government assistance!

Storage box to show on Thursday and the exhaust inexplicably showed up today. I ordered both yesterday (Sunday). For those who have installed the box, if I install the exhaust before the box, can I leave the factory heat shield in until I have a chance to install the box or is it going to create a bunch of extra work?

Mine went in super easy. I have the Steeda axle back exhaust so the factory heat shield was very easy to get off. The factory muffler was easy to get off as I remember as well, in case you still have that in place. I had no problem holding the box and top trim panel in place by myself to put the bolts in. The only thing I added was a very thin weather strip around the perimeter as the factory box had. I did not want any water spray to find its way up around the trim panel into the Bronco. Probably not really needed but the factory box was sealed so I added it just in case. It's a very well made box and I got quite a bit of stuff in there. I put a few small things in the jack area also but they could easily go in the DV8 box. It is very loosely packed,

Wow, you are an amazing packer! Even though the DV8 bin is larger, that is still a lot of stuff.

The heat shield on my 2dr had 4 10mm bolts and two push
pins. It was simple to get to on mine. You can just give it a tug after the 4 bolts are out and the push pins will pop out.
