OP here with update. I let the BMS complete overnight. Zero ‘low voltage’ or “check brake system” errors on the display. A 2-hour drive today was uneventful, all is well again. .

Update, after letting the truck sit for another ~30 minutes I tried the Battery Reset procedure again and it is now working, the battery indicator flashed a few times. I turned the truck off, got out, and locked it and will let it sit until tomorrow, then drive it... More to come.. .

JNC660 and Noco (The tech had the exact same JNC660). I've used both to jump Cumming Diesel trucks. No dice on this 5v battery with a dead cell. .

Update, My Local Ford dealership Mobile Service just left. The tech confirmed the bad original battery and installed a replacement. The window parking position correctly reset. The tech saw no codes or CELs on this laptop plugged in. The only issue is a 'battery voltage low" error...
