it depends on the tire size and wheel offset. I had to remove mine because of the offset. They stick out further than stock. 33s will fit without needing to remove the crashbars if you put them on the stock rims. removing them is just a few bolts each. Depending on the bumper you may also need to loosen it for the front bar.

Question, if you get a non-sasquatch package but still what to upgrade the tires, do you need to remove the crash bar? If so, how do you do that?
You pay a mechanic.

It really depends on the size of tire and offset of rim. Given the right size and offset, you may or may not need to remove the crash bars.

I Know some people on here have gotten 37s to fit with stock 3rd brake light bracket. 37s differ in true diameter by Manufacturer, and less air in it will make it smaller also.

I have 37s on mine, Sasquatch carrier, but got the Hammerbuilt tailgate reinforcement and brake light extension, which has both sets of holes on it. Can look at it on their site see if its worth it to you.
Can the hammerbuilt hold a hi-lift, do they make a mount? Interested to see it please - thanks

Fifteen52 Range HD with BFG KO2s. 0 offset, had to remove mudflaps - they rubbed at full lock. 2 inch lift with Eibach coil overs, little (very little) poke, no rubbing now. (SAS so no crash bars)

Fuel Assault 17" wheels, BFGoodrich KM3's 37x12.5x17, with roughly a 2.25 lift (I've got a HOSS 3.0 Wildtrak and so we are piecing together the lift keeping everything within factory specs). First picture is with Wildtrack 35s with lift (makes those 35's look tiny!!!), second picture is with lift and new wheels and tires...

So started with the Zone 3” off-road kit, but the spacers wouldn’t fit with the HOSS 3.0, Off-road Warehouse extremely graciously swapped out the Zone spacers with Icon spacers (which would fit with the 3.0), so it’s the Zone UCAs and the Icon spacers. Rides great, just got the spacers added last week, so haven’t fully confirmed there’s no rub, without the spacers there definitely was, but I’m pretty sure it’s good now…

And here’s how it looks with the spacers installed… and thanks for the compliment, appreciate it (got so focused on answering the question I forgot my manners!). Let me know if you have any more questions…
