New non-sas Badlands, 2.7, AT KO2 Tires. After it arrived, I had my Ford dealer put on the Badlands optional wheels I separately ordered.

Issue: Speeds on the interstate up to about 65 mph are smooth, but when I hit 70 mph and above, the vehicle gets a rather vibrant shake to it. Anybody else have this experience? Could it possibly be a wheel/tire balance issue?
Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Bronco concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

Do you even read before you post. The problem is mostly resolved... short of firing the incompetent person running the Ford-bot today.

My new 2dr 2.7 Badland non-SAS with BFG K02 doesn't have the shaking issue that the OP experienced, but I experienced "death wobble" yesterday when I hit the brake on the highway at around 75 mph. Almost shat in my pants.

Accurate symptom description for death wobble.

In the old 1st Gens, you actually get used to it and it no longer seems to be a panic situation.... just slow down until it goes away then get back to driving it. LOL

Crazy how people develop tolerance towards such a PSA matter..

Yes, 4 July 2022, early morning tooling down I-88 at around 80 mph., two jeepers boxed me in. One up my ass the other on my left. Wanted to pull me over/razz me. Expressway was deserted, a gust of wind blew my duckbill hat off as I looked at the jeep on my left. Caught it in mid-air with my right hand as I took it off the stick. Rattling, shaking began and the jeeps sped off. Doors off in my 2-door Bronc, maybe my fault. Just freaked out, just me and my young son with Downs Syndrome going fishing. Assholes surround us and are all around. Tommy Bronc

Have them rebalanced on a Hunter Roadforce machine.

I have very aggressive mud tires on my two dr,it rides as smooth as can be expected .
The tire guys used the beads you put inside the tire ,you might want to look into that.

I’ve actually noticed this too around 70 mph. But I have aftermarket nitto recon grapplers and aftermarket wheels.
I have the same tires and cannot get the vibration to stop. Tried alignment, tires rotated 4 times. I don't even know what to do anymore
