I am in the middle of a (ever increasingly more) complicated Ham radio / WeBoost / LED light install, and I would really like to run some wires into the center console. Specifically, I'd like to mount an Rj45 outlet two audio jacks, and a 5.5x2.5 mm DC barrel outlet. I'm pretty sure there is room for all of the cables, but I need to remove the trim piece on the rear of the center console; the part that faces the rear passengers and has the rear window switches, 110V outlet, etc.

I can't quite figure out how it comes apart. Has anyone taken this rear panel off??

Greatly appreciate any insight!

Just pulls straight back. It’s the first step for installing the IAG cup holders.

I think 151 garage had a YouTube video stripping the interior out. Might be of help
They actually disassembled most of the interior. It is a great watch.

PM me, and we can talk through the details. I'm running a Yaesu FTM-500. I may do an install post once I get everything really figured out. My next hurdle is wiring a fused relay panel that can fit under the driver's seat.

I saw most of their videos -- very very helpful in getting most of the truck apart. I saw where the stripped the interior, but must have missed the part where they took out the console.

Sweet! That's exactly what I was looking for. I run with the rear seats down 90% of the time, and never even cared to look for rear cup holders. I never would have seen this without your help. Thank you!
