Running wires behind dash

I’m ready to start the inside wiring for 12v and comms. My power and antenna cable will enter on drivers side but need to end up on passenger side. I’m 55 with 2 new hips, a knee and 2 repaired shoulders so the less time I spend contorted under the dash the better. Any tips for crossing the great divide? Here are some pics of the power disteibution
60A feed from Eaton to Blue Sea under the dash for comms, camera etc
30A feed from Eaton to rear cargo area for Fridge and rear power
Spare for future projects
