I was finally able to test the suspension out on the trail today and took some notes on how they feel. Gonna copy and paste them below and at the end describe what I am hoping for with a revalve. If @AccuTune Offroad or anyone else with experience can chime in and let me know if that sounds reasonable, I would feel a lot better about the purchase. Right now I feel a lot of remorse and am considering going back to the eibachs but with the HD rear springs.
We're on it. Our sales team will be in touch shortly.

On trail, on the lowest settings, with tires at 17 psi the ride starts off very harsh. Going over small rocks and gravel, the truck never really feels planted and more like it is going over every bump in the road rather than absorbing them. As time went on and I started pushing the suspension, going faster and faster over small rocks, ditches, it started to feel like it was soaking up all the little bumps better. I don’t know if that was just me getting used to it, but at higher speeds the suspension felt just a little better than okay to me.

Things got real sketchy going up steep hills with off camber sections. I was consistently 3-wheeling on areas that would have been no problem on the eibachs I switched from. At one point, I was at about 23* body roll and felt like I was going to tip over. It feels like there is absolutely no flex in the suspension when going at crawling speeds.

What I am really hoping for with a revalve is that what I am experiencing now is what it would feel like when the compression settings are closed all the way. And then with the compression adjusters all the way open, a soft, plush ride that I can crawl over rocks and the suspension easily flexes so it doesn’t feel like I am tipping over. Then, I could run somewhere in the middle when driving on road for a nice balance. I don’t know if that range of adjustment is possible with the adjusters, but that is what I thought I would be getting with the ride shocks.
Nailed it. It sounds like you and I are experiencing the same thing.

One thing I was really hoping for is a plusher ride at slow speeds....

@AccuTune Offroad are you guys doing anything different on valving to accomodate the portals like @ScLeCo is running?
We would really need to have our hands on a portal equipped Bronco for a few weeks to develop a portal specific tune. Happy to consider it. The issues we are aware of are not related to the portals.

Sorry-not suggesting any issues being related to the portals themselves. It was just a thought that randomly hit me and was curious what changes you might make to account for the additional width and mass. Would certainly be interested in the results if you guys get a chance to test it out.

I will tell you right now... The KINGS you tuned for my 2 door bronco are fantastic.... Absolutely awesome on road and off road.... On road fairly tight but plush ride... Off road a pillow... And I articulate as well as a Bronco can be expected to articulate... I did use some Core 4x4 crawler series trailing arms and track bar... That helps as well with my rear articulation and movement resistance. And yes I am on portals.

I'm happy to give you mine for a couple of weeks. It's just figuring out the timing and logistics.

Wow thanks! I will pass that note along and see if we can make it happen. I know with the holidays this month it will be pretty tough. Either way I will pass it onto the team

My experience after a week of street driving and a trip to the local OHV park. I switched from Eibach coilovers which were pretty plush with a bit of body roll. The Ride’s are firmer without being harsh. Cornering is much better, the truck feels planted without the body roll. They soak up small bumps really well, I purposely am hitting potholes that I avoided before. There is a railroad crossing nearby with about a 4’ rise and fall, I have been hitting it faster each time I go by. Maxed out at just shy of 50 mph due to space limitations. The suspension soaked it up, I used to slow down there with the factory and Eibachs.
At OHV park for a test run and last time on 35s. The shocks worked perfectly. Rear travel definitely increased dramatically. I am considering the Walker links to allow more articulation in the front. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable doing this with the Eibachs but the control on the road with the Rides has me feeling confident to try them.

I went with Ride over Kings, Fox or some of the others as they were developed for 37” tires.

I have been very happy with the revalve (now standard) on my set. Same thing, I can hit bumps 10-15 mph faster than I ever could before.
I haven't had a chance to really test them off road yet, but I will update when I do.
Stoked to hear the changes we made are working out for you! I know our team put a lot of effort into this one. Would love to see some 4wheeling shots!

I should have mentioned in my prior post that I weighed my Bronco and spoke with John at Accutune about how I was using my truck prior to ordering. He helped me on my order and setup information.
37s are on now.

Milbums, after a couple more months of use, any feedback on off-road performance? Am curious of any noticeable differences or pros/cons vs Fox or Kings.
Looks great and am also trying to get improved travel on my 2dr.
Anything else you had to do to support your 37s or feel you need now after using your Rides? Thanks so much.
