Well please report back if they figure anything out! Like I said I have the soft top anyways so I'm not too worried about it but would like to at least know why it started.
Still no resolution - my dealer always seems to be "short staffed" or someone called in sick so they never get to address half the things I bring it in for. I'll have to bring it back in for some paint work eventually - I have paint chipping internally on the roll bars...never seen anything like this before. It almost looks like the steel under the paint is irregular or pitting and causing the paint to chip off - anyway, they will probably have it a while whenever I manage to get that scheduled so maybe I can get them to look at the seals again then. Not holding my breath, though. Seems like with so many people having this same problem on the soft and hard tops, I almost think it's an aerodynamic issue? like something about the shape of the truck is causing wind currents to concentrate in this one specific area or something.

This was a pretty easy fix for me. Just needed to adjust the tilt in at the top of the window. There are two bolts for this adjustment that can be accessed from the bottom of the door. I could see that one of the bolts slipped from the initial factory setting. I moved it back and tightened and the noise is way better now.

Here’s a link to the service manuals with full instructions. You may need to adjust additional bolts to get the windows within spec. No need to remove the door trim panel if you only need to adjust the tilt in.

I have a 2021 with 70k miles and I suspect all of the windows will eventually need to be adjusted as the seals relax and/or the window guides and adjustment bolts loosen. The joy of owning a convertible. I fixed the rear driver side window but now I’m noticing the other windows are much noisier then before.

Start by cleaning and treating the seals with silicon spray or Gummi Pflege or similar. If that doesn’t help then you will likely need to make some adjustments as noted in my post above. I would start with the tilt in adjustment which can be done from the bottom of the door without removing the interior door panel.

Yeah, I tried the adjustment on the bottom (really simple actually) and it made zero difference. I think it might be time for a trip to the dealership.

šŸ‘€ same issue on a hard top. Same window.
Wind noise, loose latches, window glitches. I’m telling you, that seat is cursed in all Broncos.
