Front Passenger Side Window Rattle and Noise

My passenger window has always had a little rattle that would come and go. Well today I started to hear it rattle but it was a deeper base rattle. Also, the window makes a light crunching sound at the end when it rolls up to the top. With the window down even slightly there is no rattle. So I think the issue is only with the window fully rolled up. Any ideas, thoughts or fixes? Would rather do it myself and get it fixed correctly the first time then dealing with the dealership.

I have a 4 door soft top.
