Something I'll definitely look at! And I'm on the same time as you as far as knowing it's a noisy vehicle whether I fix this or not. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Although I'm still in warranty idk if I would bother having my dealership look at it..
Try that fix before taking it to the dealer. You just need a 10mm deep socket. Open the door and lay down under it, pull out the large rubber stoppers and you'll see the adjustment nut. Just loosen that about 1/2 turn, then pull it outward (to the vehicle), then retighten and put the stopper back in. Do both at the same time. This solved my window rattle, so maybe you'll get that fixed.

O.P., it’s your soft top not the window.

See if you can find a DirtyDog Headliner 🍻

Update: After picking up my truck from the dealership for a totally different (and still unresolved) issue… I went around and checked all the seals along the soft top.

I found one seal in particular that had a slight crimp/fold in it so I moved it around and straightened it out and laid it back down appropriately and this morning I did not hear that wind noise. I will make the note that the road was wet this morning which made it harder to tell but still I felt ai would have been able to hear it. Maybe this was the issue all along? I will post pics later once the sun is out.

Yep, if you can find a DirtyDog Headliner Dog headliner it is worth its weight in gold. It’s magnetic closure closes up those gaps nice and drastically reduces the wind noise.

Hello all. I saw there was already a thread on the forum about this from a few years ago however it looked like no one ever mentioned a cause or potential fix for the problem.

I have a '25 Base w/ soft top and a couple of days ago I randomly noticed wind noise that seems to be coming from right above the rear passenger door/window. It only seems to be there when going over 40 MPH. I believe this is new but don't know for 100% certainty as I typically drive with very loud music. At first I thought the window needed to be reset but when looking at it, it seems that it closes all the way. I did the window reset anyway to see if that would fix it and it is till there. I have checked all the rubber seals and uninstalled/reinstalled the side and rear soft top windows to no avail.

Has anyone who has experienced this ever figured out what the cause is? If so, has anyone had any luck fixing the issue? To be honest, since it's a noisy soft top anyways I'm not too worried about it just was wondering if it is something that is easy to fix or not.

P.S I would post pictures but my Bronco is currently getting a creaky steering wheel checked out at the dealership....
Same on my 4dr soft top Badlands

OP reply was that it was a seal on the soft top and not the window. I’ve been replying with help to a known issues regarding wind noise above the rear passenger with a soft top.

Someone with a hardtop replied it was their window

Lots of people replied saying their hardtop makes the same noise.

“Same same BUT DIFFERENT”

Update: After driving home from work it seems my earlier fix was not 100% effective HOWEVER I do feel that the noise is now quieter. (Or I’m just making myself believe that)

Next I want to try to lubricate the rubber seals all around, maybe look at the tension cable, and if all else fails… Give up and live with it🤷🏻‍♂️

Just throwing this out there. Could it be related to the antenna on the passenger side? That seems like the main asymmetry. Maybe a wind turbulence thing? And now that I think about it, the position of the wipers at rest could affect airflow around the truck at speed, as well.
Had the same issue. Used a silicone polish spray on the seals and then adjusted the windows themselves. It’s not 100% gone but it’s significantly better. My hardtop itself was squeaking pretty bad too where the large middle piece meets the rear piece. That silicone polish fixed that completely after a couple treatments.

Hi! would you mind sharing what product you used? I feel this might be worth a try.

I removed the factory antenna and the noise still remains. :(
