Ford Bronco Rear Parking Sensor Fault :( IMG_5220

Guys I recently swapped a Whole Steel bumper from a 2022 Badlands onto my 2023 Outer Banks and it’s been 5 days since then and I’m getting the Park Aid Fault warning. Can it be because of the years or is there anyway to reprogram the Sensors? Previously I bought an steel bumper with no sensor or harness and I adapted my Plstic bumper Harness and sensors and got the same warning for a couple days and after that it got self fixed somehow. I was expecting the same thing this time but is not happening. Please help. Thanks.

One of the harness clips aren't seated. Pull apart and blow out any dirt that might be interfering. A blast of WD-40 will help seat the harness plug. Check both driver and passenger harness. They are tight fitting. If you don't hear the click, then they aren't seated.

I'm 100% positive that is the fault. Happened to me. Those harnesses are right in the path of crap getting kicked up. The wheel well liner does offer some direct protection, but it is pretty minimal. I used an electronic air duster to blast grit that was interfering with the harness being seated.

This sounds like the same issue I just posted about.

I had the same issue. Mine finally plugged in and still error. Saw a post and made me check mine. The license plate plug is the same as parking sensor!! Park sensor should have 3 wires and plate 2. Poor design by ford to use same exact plug for two separate circuits that are side by side.
