Had mine apart dozen times trying to get rid of it. check your lic plate light and the sensor right next to it. They are the exact same plug! Thats what fixed mine had them switched.

I added front and rear bumpers. Then looked naked without winch. Then changed hawles lead so stood out. Then worried about direct connect so added 500a disconnect for winch. Was enough for 2 evenings. For now….

Just finished mine. Added a 500a disconnect to winch wasnt easy but better that worrying about a rub through short Need to move camera next options anyone?

I had the same issue. Mine finally plugged in and still error. Saw a post and made me check mine. The license plate plug is the same as parking sensor!! Park sensor should have 3 wires and plate 2. Poor design by ford to use same exact plug for two separate circuits that are side by side.
