Broken connector for parking sensors

In attempting to install the hitch on my FE, I apparently broke the little retention tab off of the passenger side rear parking sensor harness. Does anyone know if this connector is replaceable? Any part numbers, by chance??

I'm going to say you'll need a new housing for the connector. You could use electrical tape to make sure they stay connected until that time

Most of the time the connector latch that surrounds the pins is not soldered or connected to the wiring harness itself

Tape the shit out of it until a replacement can be had - if you never care about ever disconnecting it again you could use some sort of glue type adhesive/epoxy.

@flip was nice enough to send me a spare connector he had. I haven’t installed it yet, but was planning on it this weekend. I don’t have the part number, unfortunately.

Try calling or emailing Western Diversified Products and see if they can tell you where to buy or kind enough to sell you one. I was unfamiliar with them but was told by my "guy" they've been around and used in the auto industry for a long time. Bronco is the first time I've run into their stuff.

There are several versions of this, the ones I got don't have all of the cavity holes drilled in the back sleeve which isn't a big deal. Also, watch they keying to make sure any alignment tabs are in the correct orientation.

Luckily, the cavity hole plug can be reused from the factory connector, which isn't a big deal.

Problem is that site doesn't allow you to order it.
