Raptor Conversion Kits for Reg/Sas Broncos

i have a shadow black raptor that i may be taking the fenders and flares off of and willing to sell. I believe yours is shadow black as well so u wouldn't have to paint. both the links u posted are not using oem parts.

Just let me know, I'll pay for shipping and anything needed to get them to me lol

I was not looking to be like a Raptor , but wanted something Different . I purchased the ADV 8" Fenders with Liners and the hood . I will be Glad to replace the felt inner fender wells with the Glass ones . Went 8" so that when I install the Long Travel its under the fenders as I drive the chit out of mine and do Not like the tires/wheels being outside the fenders . I will admit that I placed my order just Prior to the Big Announcement about the hardtop issue . I received my parts sooner than when they said , and the fitment is Awesome . I have the hood installed now , just waiting to get my truck back to install the suspension and Fenders .

I looked at the 8" fenders they offer but I couldn't get the fitment right without running spacers or the lt kit, which in all honesty I don't want to do either for the future planning... though the lt kit might be something but its not on the list at the moment

Also figured out what to be done Without a LT or spacers .
17x10
-25mm offset
4.52" backspace
On a 37x12.5 you will be less than a half inch inset on the fenders . Weld is the only company i have found so far for that setup

Trying to figure out where my math is different from yours. From what I see the Brapter is roughly 10" wider than a Sas Bronco. Switching from 30 (sas) offset to 25 will gain you .4 inches (.2" a side), then your tires are going to be the same width. So you gained less than a half inch, out of 10" you should be shooting for. Where did I go wrong?

So I've come up with the same measurements, though I might do an 18" instead of 17", I'm going to play around with my autocad models and see which works best.

And as for the bronco raptor 10" wider, I need to do some field measurements on one from a common place spot then see how it is far the outside fender or wheel is and then get the fitment from there

it was a quick math answer, plus I can fudge with tires and a few other things, I don't believe it is too far off. My first math shows that I only have to push the wheels out 3" and it can be done using 10"+ wheels cause right now, the stock sas wheel is a +35mm 8", if I go to a negative and a wider wheel, it will help with getting the fitment right

My understanding was the Braptor was 6" wider than a SAS Bronco . I could be wrong , but never herd 10" before .
The picture is o Zero offset wheel 17x9 with a 5" backspace and a 37x12.5
that is the stock SAS fender

The Goodyears are 12.7" wide, whether you mount them on 8" rims or 11" rims, so while the 2.2" of off-set will matter, the rim width won't have any effect, no(?).

from forzaa: it’s not OEM parts, its aftermarket parts, made in China, the end result only repeats the approximate likeness of a real raptor. The cost is $5500 plus shipping from China.

I would personally not go this route. I'd piece together oem parts. I'll let you know about my fenders and flares.
