Pulled a camper with my BadSas 2.3

Not a dog with 93 octane in sport mode. I mean it’s only 4/10ths of a liter smaller and it has larger forged pistons and larger forged connecting rods and forged crankshaft.. Mine performs and tows great. My second 2.3 ecoboost. I also have a 2017 ecoboost Mustang that is a blast to drive and over 100,000 trouble free miles.

Anyway, back off topic, I’m selling my Ford Tesseract. It is both brand new and a pile of rust at the same time. It gets really good mileage as you just hop in and close the door, and by the time you think of where you wanted to be and open the door again there you are! I will be honest though, it’s really hard to find fourth dimensional tires and oil for it. I did take it to one of those five minute oil, change places and it was done before I got there, but I’m not sure they got the tire pressure right. It pulls a little bit to the left once you pass \boxed{\gamma=\frac{1}{\sqrt{1-\frac{v^2}{c^2}}}}. On the speedometer..

Why is it that no matter the topic, the same group of people comment
1) 2.3 sucks - 2.7 is so much better
2) Bronco should have only a V8
3) No Bronco should have an automatic
4) No Bronco should have 4 doors

The 2.3 has plenty of power for me. Runs great and gets good mileage

Why a V8? So we would have less power and get 10mpg

I (and nearly everyone else) don't want a vehicle with a manual. I have driven everything from a 3 speed to a 13 and 4 combo and have absolutely no desire to ever drive a stick again

I wouldn't have bought a 2 door. I want the extra room -as does almost everyone else

Everyone else is welcome to get what they want but STFU about it

So why do they sound like gerbils? 4 or 6 cyls And why do some of the small 4 banger cars sound amazing. What are (we)missing to make it sound awesome.

There's a lot at play there. Engine design and cylinder firing order, turbo size, muffler/resonator size and placement, header diameter and length, exhaust pipe diameter, material and length.

Unfortunately I've not heard a single exhaust system that sounds good on the Bronco (2.3 or 2.7) under any type of acceleration at all. Some sound good on a cold start and even at idle or with low RPMs while cruising.

I'm a JDM guy (mostly Nissan/Infiniti) and have owned quite a few 6cyls (and a 4 cyl) that sounded amazing. Then again, those motors are all fantastic and I don't cheap out on any of my builds. Like you said, some just sound amazing and some don't.

My friend bought a brand new F150 last year 5.0 V8 and it blew up in 3000 miles every new car is a POS. its just luck of the draw. and something you gotta deal with
