Ordering a 2024 Heritage

Okay, My dealer says they can still order a 2024 2-door Heritage, 4cyl, auto, Race Red. They placed the order yesterday. What is the chance that this will not be fulfilled? It's been a long time since I ordered a new vehicle. If they're jerking me around I'm going to pursue one that is on someones lot or in transit, since they wont be offering a 2-door Heritage in Race Red in '25.

New member interested in this thread. Really wanted to order a Cactus Gray 4 door manual transmission Heritage, disappointed to learn the color was dropped for '25. My dealership tells me that the order books are closed for '24s - but I have discovered someone on this forum and youtube (FordVideoGuy) saying there is one week right now where both 24s and 25s can be ordered? Does anyone know?

Does anyone know?

there Is a dealer in West Virginia that I contacted yesterday, they do a lot of orders for people here and post a lot on this forum. I called them to confirm what my dealer had told me concerning ordering a 24. This dealer called me back and confirmed that you could still order a ‘24 Heritage. Your Dealer may not want to order a 24 this late in year in case you back out of it after delivery. So find one that will order, but do it this coming week.

Dealership tried to order my spec a little while ago and system won't let them. General Manager is going to talk to his Ford regional rep Monday and see if they can get it done. I don't know if maybe 4 doors are done already but maybe they will accept 2 door orders?

Glad you got an order in for one! Not sure if your odds it'll get produced, they were building them up until December last year and the 2 door HEs were the only ones opened so they should have enough parts to get yours completed. I will say we have one HE alumni that got his '23 HE just a few months ago!

wouldn’t the dealer have known that when they ordered? I did receive a confirmation from Ford.
