I'm guessing it's a fuse issue, but I've got no power at the port.
I didn't see a fuse specifically for the port in the manual and no mentions of the port not working for others on here.

Y'all know which fuse I should check?
The pins and connectors all look good. The Procal device works via USB on the PC and the Ethernet port on it looks good.

F160 in the Battery Junction Box. You couldn't find it because Ford doesn't call it a ODBII port in their documentation.

If you bought it used, check that the plug and wires are actually the vehicles plug. Could be an aftermarket pigtail from previous owners aftermarket equipment like a tracker that is totally disconnected from vehicle. I bought a used ‘21 and that’s what I encountered. Found the actual OBD2 port wire plug was tucked up under dash.

It's a full size, the Sport in the profile pic is because I'm annoying on the forums and do random crap.
I'm in a Bronco from 2021. Port is good, I'll check the fuse later today.

Thanks @Ducati1098 and others
