Wowwwww. I hope it’s something minor and that you get it figured out. How can this get through quality control???

“In particular, we needed extra time to ensure every
aspect of your Bronco met our rigorous quality standards before we released it into the wild.”

This makes the email we all received a few days ago, even more of a joke. 🤬🙄

1) Got a "service vehicle soon" message that popped up at 80 miles. What could that be and is there a way to tell what the vehicle seems to think it needs?

2) Found a plug under the driver's seat that is wrapped in a yellow tape that says "needs rework." See attached photos. Any clue what this is?
What is your build?

ill get it to the dealer and report back. would someone kindly take a look at their drivers seat bottom and see where this connector is supposed to go? I see no plug for it to go into. it's got two black wires on that wire.
It was dark out but a quick peek revealed no matching plugs.

The closest was a similar looking plug with similar wire sheathing but had 3 colored wires coming out and was numbered 1001025979. The rest were different colored plugs or larger.

I do not have power seats like you though.

Does your seatbelt icon go off when you buckle? Not much there if no power or heat. Airbags (usually yellow connectors and seat belt warning.

Perhaps its supposed to be plugged into a module for heated or power seats? If you dont have the lux package or a trim that comes with heated/power seats, maybe that wire is just capped off and typically tucked in under the carpet. IDK. Would be nice to have more Ford mechanics on this website to clear up questions like this.
