Just released:

New bump stop kits for the Bronco Raptor. Both front and rear kits got released today. Both kits use full size 2.5" diameter and 2.5" travel bump stops. Get the kit with your choice of Fox, King, or ADS bumps. These first to market kits can be ordered now.

Front bump stop kit works with the stock lower arm and also incorporates a limit strap to help keep the top hats alive, especially when adding aftermarket springs. It uses the stock lower arm with a bolt on mount for the bump pad and limit strap attachment. The bump can assembly is welded to the frame in the front. This kit will also work with our fabricated lower arm kit that's coming out later this year. That will allow you to also add a secondary bypass shock and keep stock width. A plus 3" wider kit will follow that and keep the bump stop mounts the same across all kits. The front kit will also still work with our front lower arm skid plate kit.

Rear bump stop kit is a completely bolt on kit that mounts to the rear frame over the stock bump stop mount location. The kit has bolt on axle pads that mount on the rear axle and use the stock shock mount bolts to keep it in the right spot. The rear kit will work with our rear shock guards and other accessories with no problem.

Any chance of adapting these to the non-Raptor variants?

I’m currently using a bump-stop spacer (that works… but this would be added insurance)

Aside from the fact that most Raptors will never see dirt, why would someone spend $100k on a Raptor, presumably for all the Raptor suspension components, and then start throwing on aftermarket stuff? Are we thinking the Raptor engineers overlooked something on the bump stops?

We have a rear kit for the reuglar bronco already. We have a front kit but I havent finished the stock lower arm parts for that front bump kit. Currently the front only works with our fabricated lower arm setup. But I will make the stock arm parts pretty soon to get the front on a regular bronco.

Adding a bump stop just improves what is already very good. The Ford Engineers have some restrictions they have to live with in and sometimes that limits what they can do. I am willing to go out on a limb and say that if the suspension engineers had unlimited budget to go to market they would incorporate a hydraulic bump stop like this in the vehicle stock.

If you plan to use your BRaptor as a SXS 'catching big air" they would make sense IMO. For your basic offroad vehicle it would be extreme.

makes those starbucks parking curbs feel like nothing at all...... but seriously even on the dirt road / trails the bump stops make the ride much better.

Huh, thought you would really have to fully compress out your suspension to really use them.
