Need Ford Help Dealer Recall Issue

Also interested to hear if there is a good Ford contact point for things as well.

I might have this recall issue with my 2024 but in addition I have zero real service here in Portugal from Ford Dealers. One said 'No won't touch it'. Another at least did the fluids and filters after a bit of a fight.

But no software updates done or anything else even tried.

I'd like to get a corporate Ford person to tell me how to do this: VIN is 'visible' in their computer but it is a US model so ...... Blank stare.

The wire harness recall showed up on my Ford app as an active recall. Now it is not showing up but I did not do anything to remedy it. Who knows.....

Yeah same. I think it probably happened to most/all of us without BRaptors.

I haven’t called Ford….is there a number to call about this issue? Ford needs to explain to the dealer the procedure to do the warranty and get processed….Dealers have no idea how to take care of this wire harness recall. Even though my Bronco Raptor is a 2026 with letter from Ford I can’t get the dealer to do the damn recall. This is a Ford issue for sure…it’s a mess, no one know what to do

Just looked this morning and the website said I had this recall but no dice (no dice!!). I have a BL, not a Raptor.
