Did you ever get this resolved? I did an oil change on my 2021 2.3 yesterday and when I pulled the skid plate off the front passenger side axle had some oil on it and I first thought it was from the power steering unit but all I can figure is it dripped down from above and the only thing above it the passenger side motor mount. Mine has 91k miles and it dry with zero leaks at the last oil change so definitely something new. I can't find a good description online of the engine mount but I'm 95% sure that where it came from.
The power steering is electric, it doesn’t have fluid. Neither do the engine mounts.

Edit: Nevermind, I just realized you have a 2.3, not a 2.7 like the OP.
The 2.3 does appear to have fluid filled engine mounts, so it is a possibility

Took it into the dealership and the tech said the 2.7 does not have fluid filled mounts, but I've heard the opposite from folks, so still not sure on that. I did have a crack in my wiper fluid reservoir. No more leaks since they replaced it.
