It depends on what you're going to plug into it and when.

Is it for a sound system or amp that will be outside your Bronco? Something temporary inside your Bronco? How will the cables run when you're using it?

Think about your actions when you'll be plugging into it, the situation. Then place it where it will be easiest to connect to later.

I think you're thinking of an inverter... a line output converter is for sound system and works by converting high-level speaker signals from the head unit into low-level RCA preamp signals, which are required for most amplifiers to function. I've only changed out speakers in the past and not sure of install with amp and LOC..but hoping it improves this horrible audio system..lol

Depending on the size - Mountains 2 Metal has a nice little plate that fits up above the glovebox for mounting a radio that works well for these type of things

I stashed my LOC in a space behind and above the glove box. If you look around back there, there is quite a bit of space. Enough that I've also installed a DSP, connected it to the LOC and tucked it into the same space.
I have a Kicker 5 channel amp mounted to a down-facing Kicker sub (sits nicely in the rear cargo area). Power cables run from the battery and down the bottom of the driver's side. I connected my LOC to the stock head unit with a Crutchfield harness. From the LOC I go to the DSP with some 6 inch RCA cables. The output RCA cables from the DSP output (around 10 feet or more in length) are running along the bottom of the Passenger side back to the area where the Sub is sitting.

I am not thinking of an inverter. To me line line out means audio, typically amplifier inputs or preamp outputs. So I'm assuming you want to have an auxiliary sound system somewhere else.

I can't think of any other reason to have line level outputs. Unless you're looking for an easy to experiment with different speaker set ups in your Bronco. Then you only need temporary line level outputs. Those can be anywhere since you'll be removing them once you've finalized your speaker setup.
