I do have sasquatch. -8mm (or zero) looks good on the street and probably has good enough manners as far as rocks, but at some point I may be offroad somewhere I'd want to pull the flares and throw them in the back, and hope I can fit the rubber in between a wall and a 3ft boulder.

Not to mention bearing races- I worry if I went non-spec offset I'd have to replace bearings before my warranty expires. Not excited about that.

Speaking of which, did you buy a set of Volks and Titans (and waiting on a third set)? Can I borrow some $ for bearing races?
For some one who has wheeled a Toyota 1999 4Runner for over a decade and a half with more negative offset than this bronco and by negative we are talking a 16x8 -20 offset wheel and then modifying it after damage to a beadlock to eventually end up turning it into a 16x8.5 -32 offset wheel plus a 12mm spacer to clear a Stoptech big brake kit. Have I put on over 235,000 miles on that rig and only replaced wheel bearings once in all of those years. If you’re only worried about wheel bearings your worry is in the wrong place.

are you lifted? Do you have armor? Are you only rock crawling? Or are you in the dirt/trails? All of these make a difference. I’ve done mostly dirt trails but my favorites are my prior Mohave and Baja Ensenada trips.

yes I have a set of titan7s on my bronco.
Yes I have a set of te37xt m spec super laps on order.
and yes I will be selling my current set of T-AK2 wheels once my set of beadlock titan7 wheels arrive

I just weighed mine. 88lbs on stock Sasquatch

105 on my current ones (35”) Yokohama x mt005 on rebound pro
So it sounds like my Ridge Grapplers (37's) on Titan7's weigh about the same as the SAS wheels with a good off road 35... not bad at all if say so myself.

I like the look of the factor SAS (with black rings) quite a bit, but boy are they heavy....

I focused heavily on weight and that’s why i roll these Titan7’s. I only gained 15lbs per wheel going to real 37’s. Could have been more like 30lbs if I stayed factory or went with heavy wheels. Factory set up was 92lbs, now at 107. Photo pre-lift.

What offset are those? Can you get us some poke pics?

Factory Steelies are 20 lbs. & you can fix them with a hammer....
Lightweight tires maybe should be your area of focus, some weigh upwards of 60lbs

I'll get some more poke picks today, but -8 seems to be about right on the end of the fender flare. I have to realign the rear end as the trackbar adjustment seems off. Again, -8 (so not positive, but close) 17" Titan7's. 37's. Icon lift with A-arms and a new track bar. Had to cut the front-rear crash bar off to fit. The second Bronco is a regular SAS for size reference.

Here are some possible options. This is from the FRF Raptor forum. Not all of these are available in the Bronco lug pattern.

Been thinking the same thing to not lose fuel economy or power with a bigger tire.

VOLK TE37 16 lbs for 16” but kings hard to find and expensive. They do have +20 offset

https://www.systemmotorsports.com/products/volk-racing-te37xt-m-spec-16

Those are not offered in +20 never have been unless you are talking about nismo spec tes which won’t really work with a 315 width tire as they are only 16x7.5

As far as the width of th titan7s they have fit perfect. I’ve been wheeling on them. And no issues. If you are so concerned with slinging rocks run different tires from the factory Goodyears. Or ppf your paint. Or better yet do both.
