Thinking about changing the plate location/bracket. If I take off the current (pictured below) bracket, is there going to be holes below it?

I just picked up the Grimm one. I hate to say it but there will probably be some holes.

Yes. There will be holes if you move it

There goes that idea… #^%#!
If you are set on moving the bracket elsewhere, to avoid the black holes glaring at you, I would reccomend picking up some small plugs and finding some touch up paint to paint the ends of them to hide it as best as you can.

I can try to find the link to the frame online if you’d like just let me know…
Here is my setup currently (Recently swapped out the silver bolts for black ones):

It’s not important enough to me to not only move the bracket but fix the grill.

This really aggravates me. I'm in a 'Front-plate-state' also. When I ordered mine, EVERY email I sent to the dealership included a comment to NOT install the Plate Holder. I think I got through because my Sales guy put a sign on the windshield. I've seen plenty of plugs used and they're discreet enough that you really won't notice them - on the other hand every time you look at the front of the Bronco as it is now, you will see the awful placement they stuck you with.

Yes, there will be holes, but there’s a great solution for that:
https://bumperplugs.com/
step-by-step installation guide.
I installed one of the DV8 license plate relocation brackets and used the bumper plugs to completely conceal the holes made by the dealership to attach the license plate. The bumper plugs have been on my 2023 Bronco for nearly two years. They are held in place by friction and you purchase color matching for your vehicle. The plugs stay in too. They work great!

I got my Bronco in November, and I bought a no drill bracket that mounts low on the front bumper. I haven't installed it yet. I'm shocked at how many Broncos and other vehicles in the DFW area do not have front license plates on the front: they're not new or from "single plate" states, either. I imagine that I may get a ticket someday, especially if I drive through a small town, but I'm going to go as long as I can without the front plate.

Do you have a link for that "no-drill" bracket?

My Bronco did not have holes nor even come with a license plate holder. I'm hoping that will help in the event I get stopped. I haven't run a front plate on my vehicle since 2017. One day it will catch up with me.
