I just installed the KC Gravity Titan roof light bar using the KC supplied brackets made for the Bronco. Has anyone else noticed that the wiring for the individual lights makes slight contact with the painted portion of the Bronco above the windshield? Seems like this will cause paint issues over time.

I don’t have the Titans but do have the Gravity Pro 6 and nothing touches. I suggest you use some zip ties as needed to keep the wires managed to avoid contact with the windshield header.

Ohh is that what you meant in your email last night? You didn't state that the wires behind the individual lights are touching.

You probably just need to zip tie the wires as Bschurr stated. Did you ever get a photo so we can see what's going on? Not sure if you saw my reply to your email but I had asked for a photo to see what you had going on.

Diode Dynamics light bars do the same thing and you want to zip tie the wires up to keep them off the roof. Baja Designs... same thing only they already have the wires zip tied using these little zip tie mounts built into the bar system.

Example pic. It’s not the wires so much as the hard plastic connector. It’s touching the paint in several places.

Are your lights aimed properly... meaning do you still have to pivot them down which would raise that? Or can you just loosen the light bar assembly up and slide it forward/up more?

They’re aimed properly. Not much room left to slide up without getting close to coming out.

Did they provide you an instruction manual or a QR Code/Link to the manual? I'd like to check out the manual. Also... if you want to continue to respond to our emails we can help you out there and track the issues, but you stopped responding to our last email that we sent last night.

If you continue to email us and we need to get KC Involved we can FWD them the email history much easier then an online forum post

It's easier to forward an email conversation than a link to a forum page? 🤔

Yup because we can fwd images/communication history which gets added to the ticket system. This way they can look at the ticket and follow the history. If there is just a link in the ticket then it makes it more difficult to track.
