How Do I Install the KC Gravity Titan Light Bar?

I've been looking at this as well lately. I'm curious about your findings.

As far as wire current, I don't know what the lights pull, but if it's more than the 50a #1 switch, a relay will certainly be necessary.

May not be a bad idea to run a relay regardless.

Unless it changed in '25 or '26, the #1 switch is 30A. But I agree - the relay is the way to go

A relay will come with harness.

Titan bar (8 lights) pulls too many amps to use upfitter wire alone.
You will need to use relay.

This will show how to wire in harness with upfitters. (Method 2 in vid)



I installed same bar.

One more thing to add, be sure to follow torque for roof mounts

Question for you: do you have a little bit of rattle from the light bar when driving? I don’t mean sound, I mean does the beam pattern shake a little bit?

Did you "preload" the bar?
After you tighten the ends down, you have adjust middle bracket.
Preloading involves pulling up slightly on bar as you adjust/tighten bracket to touch top of Bronco. This should help prevent any "shaking" unless of course the Bronco is shaking on bumps etc.
